- After providing the tracking code from the seller, you must pass it on to us. To do this, go to your Personal Account, click on the "Add Track" button, and enter the necessary information.
- If you need to collect 2 or more parcels for their consolidation, then simply add them gradually to the application system and then click the "Consolidation" button.
- Receive the parcel at the PVZ (Pickup Point) or by courier (select when placing an order - uploading the track number in your personal account). Pay for delivery at the time of receiving the parcel in a way convenient for you - in cash or by bank card in accordance with the tariffs.
