Refunds are made in case of erroneous calculation of the cost of delivery within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the request for refund. If payment was made by bank card through the website, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made. The period for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the moment the refund is made by the Contractor.
