Parcel insurance 

What my package is insured against 

The responsibility for the goods during delivery from the online store to the Blue Squirrel's overseas warehouse (up to the moment of receipt) is borne by the seller and the transportation company to which the seller has entrusted the delivery to our office. The insurance only covers parcels received and sent from the warehouse until the moment of delivery to the addressee in the country of destination. Therefore, we do our best to ensure that your parcels arrive unharmed and in proper condition, controlling every step of their movement.

If upon receipt of the parcel you found obvious mechanical damage to the box or contents, you should inform the employee of the delivery point (or courier) and make a report on the spot, as well as make photo-video fixation and write to the support chat ( or call +375445794444) .  We will certainly clarify the situation and help with reimbursement.

Period of free storage of goods at the warehouse in Poland : 14 days

Storage costs are listed in the “Additional Services Fees” for each country. 

If the value of your shipment is established, you will need to provide an invoice from the store and a bank statement to confirm payment.
