Foreign online stores have stopped direct delivery to Belarus. We offer you to use the address of our warehouses as your address for delivery within the country of purchase. Thus, you will be able to buy in foreign online stores, all your purchases will be delivered to our warehouses and after scanning will be in your personal cabinet.

When ordering goods from foreign online stores, enter the Blue Squirrel warehouse address details in the shipping address form according to the instructions and pay for the order with your card.

E-mail and phone number are unique identifiers for your account, so creating multiple accounts for the same phone number or e-mail is not available.

In ShopByShop PL cabinet you can add new “Recipients” of parcels with different addresses, edit or delete their data. When creating a request for delivery you choose which “Recipient” the parcel will be sent to.

If you have registered different parcels for different “Recipients” (but the full name of the “Recipients” is the same, but the delivery addresses are different), such parcels are sent in one car, therefore, they may be detained at the customs in Belarus for customs tax assessment.

In case your parcels are registered to one “Recipient” - full name and delivery address are the same, the serial number of the “Recipient” is unique, and their total value exceeds the customs limit, our system will allow such parcels to be sent one by one, so that no customs duty will be charged.

If you do not want to wait for the next shipment, you can create different “Recipients” (with different data) in your cabinet and issue goods to different “Recipients”.

Click the “Don't remember password” button in the registration form. By specifying your e-mail you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to restore your password.

To use the service you should register in your personal cabinet on the website. In the upper right corner select “Registration” - “Login and Registration” - “Create an account”.

Enter your e-mail and password to create an account. You will receive a notification with a link on which you should click to go to the login form. It is important to create an account and confirm your email from the same device.
